SikaBlock^® Model & Tooling boards

A wide range of application orientated system solutions consisting of special SikaBlock^® board materials. The brochure includes a comprehensive range of complementary Biresin^® Adhesives and Fillers that can be used in conjuction with the boards when constructing master models, design styling and cubing as well as diverse moulds, foundry patterns, core boxes, gauges and many other industry applications.

SikaBlock^® board materials are the optimum products for all applications. There are 13 different board types, both polyurethane and epoxy, with densities of 0.8 to 1.2 g/mm^3. They are available in different dimensions and thicknesses of up to 2000 x 1000 x 600mm (varied for different densities). The materials all differ in respect to their physical properties, mechcanical and thermal characteristics.

Numerous quality checks help to monitor compliance in accordance to the DIN EN ISO 9901 certification.
