We recently carried out a customer service survey to see just how our customers felt about the way we do business. The feedback was extremely positive and we have listed the results below.

• Of the all of the customers surveyed over 70% have been buying from us for over 5 years. In most cases a lot longer.
• Almost 90% of customers were satisfied or very satisfied with the level of service they received from us.
• We were rated above average for

  • Quality of products
  • Understanding Customer needs
• Over 85% said they would use us again
• Around 69% have recommended us to others
• Over 40% rate us higher than the competition
